Made this linguini for dinner – was excellent, uses only Thermomix and no extra pots. We don’t normally eat creamy pasta but this was excellent. To make again.
Edit : Luke made this the first time and when I made it again the chicken would not cook. Whole thing turned into mush from me trying to get the chicken to cook. No good!
Edit 2: Have tried this twice more and the chicken does not cook. Not sure what is going wrong. Have not tried using precooked chicken yet.
So I chopped celery and carrot in the Thermomix and cooked the egg in the wok. Then I took the egg out, chopped it up and cooked the bacon in the wok. Then I decided to add chicken so added diced chicken into the wok as well. Meanwhile sauteed onion and garlic in the Thermo. Then I added everything except egg into the wok with peas and corn. Stirred it a bit then added the rice. When Luke got home I added the egg and some soy sauce and mixed it around.
Found this recipe and decided to try it tonight. Luke approved, will make again. Made my own mince out of blade steak and used Worcestershire instead of oyster sauce.
Got hungry so made these today. Didn’t have any choc chips – was going to use grated chocolate but got lazy. Taste good plain too! Baked for a little bit too long, very crunchy.
